Lance started his career in the swimming pool industry cleaning and servicing pools. After 20+ years of owning his pool business he realized there was a great need for a high level of quality pool construction in the East Texas area and the idea of a new swimming pool construction company was born. Lance’s strong knowledge of the industry and high standards for customer service set the bar for the quality we provide in everything we do.
Jennifer earned her nursing degree and worked as an RN for 20+ years before she decided to retire and join Lance in growing their business.
Lance is usually found working in the field and leads the entire service crew in providing excellent service to our in-field clients. While Jennifer is busy providing customer service & support to our clients, and managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
